18K Solid Gold Victorian Pave Seed Pearl Locket, Antique French Locket c. 1890

This pretty locket is adorned with seed pearls embedded in a starburst setting. It was crafted from 18k rosy gold, which has a rich and beautiful patina that can only come from age. The locket is hallmarked on the interior rim with two eagle heads. The interior opens to reveal a thick, hinged beveled glass partition which can be used to store a photo or special memory. The locket closes securely with some oxidation to the side that we have left as a mark of authenticity. It is visible in photos and the video. The locket is small and versatile. It could be hung on a chain or used as a charm. Check measurements for details.
