Featuring a deep, rich gold fill over high quality silver, this vermeil half guard chain has lovely details. The filigree is beautifully crafted inside navette links. The chain is hallmarked with three weevils in a rectangular frame, a hallmark used for imports of at least 800 silver purity. The chain has a lovely patina of time and is a very beautiful color with a nice weight to it.
CONDITION NOTES:
There is no notable gold loss and the spring ring is strong with good tension and alignment. The use of vermeil gives a very unique color to the chain and guarantees that even with time and gold loss the underlying base is still high quality and beautiful.
