56" Antique French French Art Nouveau Long Guard Chain with Slide

Simple and timeless, this rolo chain long guard has a full length which reaches over 55 inches. Although there is no closure, chains of this length can easily be wrapped two or three times overheard. They are excellent versatile chains as they can be mixed and matched with other chains or worn at different lengths for a different style every time. This long guard features the original slide, which consists of two forget me not flowers bending towards each other in the shape of a heart. The center of the flowers is decorated with rose gold fill, which contrasts nicely with the aged silver. The long guard has been left with some tarnish to make the features pop. The hanging bolt ring is strong with good tension and alignment. It is a whimsical and romantic chain which would make a lovely gift for the antique lover in your life, or yourself.
