This stunning drapery necklace is crafted from 18k gold and is a typical example of French Art Deco Design. Handcrafted from lustrous 18k gold, this necklace is a testament to craftsmanship and elegance. It features five gracefully curved triangular panels, each adorned with intricate white gold floral patterns and delicately crowned with either half seed pearls or radiant rubies. In between the panels, dainty white gold floral embellishments, studded with diamond chips, sway gently with the wearer's every movement, adding a layer of timeless charm. Even the connecting links are quite beautifully constructed of small filigree half circles. It's a very unique style with lovely details which once adorned the neck of a trendy high society woman and which would make a lovely addition to any collection.
CONDITION NOTES:
The necklace is designed to gracefully skim the neckline. It is lightweight, airy, and comfortable. As these necklaces are lightweight and very detailed they are difficult to find nowadays. This chain has been well preserved, although one link has been lightly disfigured through time and use, visible in photos and the video. The spring ring has been replaced and is excellent condition with good tension and alignment.
