Antique Art Deco 18K Solid Gold Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring c. 1920

This pretty, classic Art Deco ring features an old cut diamond in an illusion setting framed by six diamond chips. The diamonds are enhanced by a geometric design, typical of the period. The band is hallmarked with an eagle head for minimum 18k gold purity. The band is yellow gold while the setting is white gold. The diamond measures approximately 2.25 mm across and 1.55 mm deep, for approximately .03 carats. The rose cut diamonds measure approximately 1 mm across. It is simple and timeless and remains in excellent antique condition.

CONDITION NOTES:
The ring has normal signs of wear and use. The hallmarks are slightly worn with time and there are micro-scratches to the gold. The diamond is in excellent condition with no chips or wear to the facets under magnification.
