This charming vintage locket has been fashioned to look like a book, and would be the perfect thoughtful gift for the bookworm in your life. It features a crosshatch design with cropped scalloped edges on the front and reverse. The interior has two original rectangular frames with a yellow cellophane photo cover. The locket closes very securely from the side. The locket has a bail hallmarked with 835, while the locket is hallmarked with two weevils in a rectangular frame for imported silver, in use from 1893-1910.
