Antique Citrine Daisy Ring, Rose Cut Diamond Halo, 14K Gold Platinum, c. 1900

This exquisite early 1900s French ring features a citrine set in a halo of eleven rose cut diamonds. The citrine boasts a deep burnt orange hue, beautifully complemented by the bright, chunky glitter of the diamonds. Each diamond weighs measures approximately 3.5 mm in diameter. The citrine measures approximately 10 x 10 x 6.45 mm and weighs approximately 3 carats.

The diamonds are set in platinum to help reflect the light around the diamonds and enhance their brilliance. This ring showcases a unique twist on a classic French design. I've often found sapphire and diamond cluster rings, but it's rare to find one with a citrine, making for a unique and beautiful piece. The ring, found at a reputable estate seller in Paris, bears hallmarks for 14k gold and platinum. The ring face measures 19 mm by 19 mm, with a height of 6.5 mm off the finger.

CONDITION NOTES:
As quartz is a seven on the Moh's scale there is some light wear to the facets of the ring. There are two very small chips and some nibbling, visible in photos and the video.
