Antique Edwardian Gold Filled Heart Locket c. 1900

This charming locket has our hearts. With a small diamond paste stone set in a starburst setting, it features a timeless Edwardian design. It opens to reveal space for a photo or special memory. The frames ahve been lost to time, but a picture could be cut to size and tucked into the pocket where the frame used to be. The back is smooth or engraving or personalization. It has very light gold loss the to one area on the front and a portion of the reverse, consistent with age, but closes extremely well. These timeworn marks are a testament to the history of the piece.
