The lovely and romantic gold filled floral drapery necklace dates back to around 1900. It features five half moon links that are connected by a trace chain. The necklace's origin is French, adding to its charm and appeal. The unique design is a testament to the craftsmanship and artistry of the period. However, due to wear and time, there is some light gold loss to the edges of the floral half moons. Check the photos and video for a close up of this area. This loss is not noticeable when the necklace is worn, allowing its beauty and elegance to shine through. It closes with a spring ring at the neck which remains in excellent condition. Such a piece would make a beautiful addition to any vintage or antique jewelry collection.
