Simple and timeless, this lovely ring was crafted in the late 1800s and assayed in Paris. Featuring three prong set central pearls which are flanked symmetrically by two smaller pearls in a split shank. An accessible size 8, it could also be resized up or down approximately two sizes by a jeweler of your choice. The color is a lovely rosy gold common in old pieces such as this one and difficult to find today. The ring is hallmarked with an eagle head, visible in photo ten. It is a small and comfortable ring that can be worn every day and makes a great stackable piece.
CONDITION NOTES:
The ring remains in excellent condition with pearls which remain firmly secured in their setting. One pearl on the shank is a slightly larger more recent replacement, all part of the history of the piece. They have good pearlescence and color. There are light micro-scratches to the gold, consistent with age and use.
