Antique French Silver and Rose Gold Fill Art Deco Watch Chain

This beautiful silver watch chain is a versatile length to be worn as a chocker necklace, for a delicate neck, or as a bracelet wrapped twice around the wrist. Featuring fifteen navette links with interior filigree work and raised centers connected by trace chain, it is the work of a talented silversmith. Jewelry from this period was built to last, and we see that in the thick and high quality work the chain represents. The links are strong and in excellent condition. The chain closes with a bolt ring and swivel clip clasp which are both in working condition. The chain is hallmarked with a boar's head, guaranteeing between 800-900 silver purity.

CONDITION NOTES:
The bolt ring is old and has tarnished, as such does not open and close as readily as a new bolt ring. That said, it is functional and consistent with age and wear. The center of the chain features rose gold fill which is in very good condition. Double check the length as the chain is a choker and might not fit all necks.
