Antique French Victorian Pearl and Turquoise Marquise Ring, XIX Century Navette Ring
Antique French Victorian Pearl and Turquoise Marquise Ring, XIX Century Navette Ring
This Victorian navette ring is a lovely statement piece featuring two rows of cream demi-pearls which are accented by two turquoise cabochons. These antique pieces always have exquisite details and we can see how beautifully crafted the split shoulders are as they meet the head. Crafted from beautifully patina-ed rose gold, they slope delicately into a straight band which is hallmarked with an eagle head, guaranteeing at least 18k gold purity. There is light wear to the top turquoise cabochon, visible in photos, but the ring remains in excellent condition for age. It was crafted in the second half of the 19th century and remains as lovely today as the day it was made. The band is small, but is re-sizable for a small fee. If you would like to have the ring re-sized please contact me before purchase.
