The details on this piece are just marvelous. The front features a crosshatch design covered in rose gold vermeil. The interior diamonds contain a spray of flowers while the exterior triangles are decorated with textured bands. The back is smooth and shiny. Crafted from high quality 800 silver, the bracelet is hallmarked on the box clasp. The box clasp closes with a satisfying snap and there are remains of loops where there used to be space for a security chain. The bangle is thin and can be worn comfortably. It does have some patina on the interior band but remains shiny and an absolutely lovey example of craftsmanship of the time. As is often the case with jewelry from the era, the bracelet is on the small side, so it good to verify with measurements. It fit me well and I have an average wrist size (6 1/4") so it is not prohibitively small.
CONDITION NOTES:
There is no longer a security chain present and the loops to hold it have been broken with time. The interior band and exterior band have light tarnish consistent with age and use.
