Antique Gold Filled Filigree Chain, French Vintage Necklace

Light weight, airy, and wearable this beautifully wrought filigree necklace is from the early 1900s. Romantically skimming the neckline, in French this style is referred to as a 'ras de cou'. It features eleven navette links with intricate hand crafted filigree work that is connected by trace chain. Despite how delicate the navette links are they are in good condition and strong. The spring ring is also in good working order with good tension and still aligned well with the closure. There is light gold loss to some of the filigree work, visible in photos, but nothing to take away from the beauty of the piece. It remains in very good condition.
