This stunning Art Nouveau silver locket features floral and bow repousse work on the front and reverse. You can see the silversmith's work from the interior, where the design is lightly tarnished making the it really stand out. Using a classic early 20th century top open design, the locket closes securely to hold your special memories. Although one frame has been lost to time, the other remains. A remarkable, beautiful historic piece that really showcases the beauty of Art Nouveau style.
CONDITION NOTES: In very good antique condition, the locket closes with a snap and has some light micro-scratches to the silver and light tarnish. The hinge is a little loose and as such the two faces can slide around a bit at the edges, but the hinge is not in danger of coming apart. Please see the video for details.
