Antique Vermeil Silver Filigree Chain, Vintage French 1900s Filigree Chain

I adore this style of specialty chain as carries such a unique 'of-the-era' design. Crafted from high quality 800 silver and covered in 18k gold fill, this vermeil chain is timeless sautoir that can elevate any outfit. It features beautifully worked milgrain beading on the interior filigree. I had to double it to photograph it on the mannequin but please note that it is meant to be worn as one long chain, as shown in the last picture. It has no spring ring or opening so it will not fit twice, unless you would like to alter it with a spring ring or closure. As is, it just goes overhead and looks fabulous. The gold fill has been worn but the silver shines underneath giving a very unique pale yellow glow. It's a great and unique piece for any lover of antiques.
