This beautiful antique filigree silver chain is beautifully decorated with ten navette links with interior copper gold fill. It is difficult to photograph the colors, but in person the gold fill shines beautifully against the silver and the filigree is impressively wrought. A versatile length which can be used as a choker necklace for a small neck or as a bracelet, the chain is finished with a dog clip clasp and spring ring. Both a little worn with time, they need to be pushed into place but hold securely. The chain links are high quality 800 silver, hallmarked with a boar's head, indicating the chain was assayed in Paris.
