Vintage French Ruby Heart Charm in 18K Gold

This darling ruby heart charm makes our hearts skip a beat. Featuring a beautifully cut mini synthetic ruby, the heart is surrounded by a frame of buttery 18K gold. Hallmarked on the bail with an eagle head, it was assayed by the Paris guarantee office. It is a vintage piece from sometime before 2000. The ruby is beautifully cut with only light wear to the facets under magnification and a lovely inclusion-free, luscious red color. It is small, lightweight and would look lovely on a simple gold chain or on a charm bracelet. A special and thoughtful gift for someone special or the perfect treat for yourself.
