Vintage French Silver Bangle

This timeless silver bangle bracelet features two twisted wires, one thick and smooth while the other is a thick wire embedded with a dot design. It is a European origin piece, but difficult to date. I believe it is not recent given the details present on the bracelet but cannot give an exact time frame.
